Step 1. You will need a Domain name. The Domain name is the name that you want your website to be labeled as, example the name of my website is www.laytenpryce.com. [$11 for the year]
Step 2. You will need a Hosting. Hosting is the place that stores your website on the internet. Without a Hosting your website cannot be found on the internet. [$2.88 per month]
Step 3. Install WordPress [free]
Step 4. Choose a theme for your website. The theme is how you want your website to look. There are a lot of free themes to choose from. [Free]
Step 5. Start inputting content and images on your site. [Free]
Step 6. Finish.
You will have to purchase a domain and a hosting. The cheapest place online to get a domain name and hosting is namecheap.com.
You can get a domain name for [$11] for the entire year and the hosting for [$2.88] per month. So a total of $13.88. Click here

Purchase the hosting for [$2.88] per month and also get a free domain name.
After you sign up for a free account with Namecheap. Click>Hosting>shared hosting> scroll down and click the Stellar package and purchase your domain name or get a free domain name.
